Augustine Williams boosts FANT Hill Station with football boots

Sierra Leone and Charleston Battery forward, Augustine Williams donated football boots and a token of money to FANT Hill Station football organization on Wednesday 18th January 2022 at their training ground in Hill Station Freetown.

Williams stated in his appreciation post that he is delighted to have been able to provide a little support for the boys who might be imaginary football stars in the future.

The Charleston Battery forward revealed that two Years ago he came in contact with these kids and their organization and he was amazed with their beautiful stories. Ever since then, he has been their role model.

Announcing his goodwill to the public, Williams stated: “I was very interested in wanting to see how I can make a way to bring so much happiness to them, especially knowing that they are an aspiring football players wanting to do what I’m doing professionally one day”.

“Everyone deserves an opportunity to be able to pursue their dreams. It’s a blessing to be able to contribute the little I can, to make that happen with these talented boys”.

“The joy alone I see in their faces brings me so much happiness, especially where they came from.  Thanks to the leader of the organization that gave me the opportunity to be able to do this”, Williams noted.

He affirmed that he was once a kid who was born in Sierra Leone and he has been fortunate to have the opportunity to help others who are in the same position he was in several years ago.

The Sierra Leone international added that he like to see people achieve their dreams and fortunately, his duty is to provide with whatever little he have to help the kids actualized their dreams by giving them the right tools to be able to perform.
