Sierra Leone Beach Volleyball team clinches Spot in All-African Games

Sierra Leone has secured a place in the All-African Games for Beach Volleyball.

The beach volleyball team of Sierra Leone successfully qualified for the All-African Games following an intense competition against Gambia and Senegal in the Zone Two Beach Volleyball Championship.

This event, held at the Africell Beach Sports Arena Freetown, showcased the impressive skills and determination of all participating teams. 

The Gambian men’s team showed great teamwork and strength, securing their place in the playoffs and ultimately winning the gold medal.

On the other hand, the Senegalese women’s team displayed exceptional agility and strategic abilities, earning them the gold medal and receiving loud cheers from the audience.

Throughout the tournament, the Sierra Leonean teams demonstrated their talent and perseverance, ultimately bringing home well-deserved silver medals in both men’s and women’s events.

This qualification for the All-African Games is a significant achievement for the beach volleyball sport in Sierra Leone, highlighting the hard work and dedication of the team, as well as the growing popularity of the sport in the country.
