Augustus Kargbo completes his transfer to Cesena FC from FC Crotone
Italian Serie C side Cesena FC has announced the signing of Sierra Leonean forward, Augustus Kargbo from FC Crotone.
Kargbo joined the black-and-white outfit for an undisclosed fee until June 30, 2026, and he will wear the number 10 shirt.
Shortly after completing his move, the Sierra Leonean international penned a farewell message to his former club FC Crotone on his social media platforms.
Kargbo thanked the management of Crotone and wished his teammates all the best.
“It was an honor to wear this shirt. I thank the club, the coaches and all the technical staff in the past and present, the directors, team managers, physiotherapists, warehouse workers, press officers, and all those who work behind the scenes for this club”.
“Good luck to my teammates for the new season. It has been a pleasure to share the pitch and dressing room with you over the years. A big thank you to all the Rossoblu fans, Crotonesi is the city of Crotone”, he posted.
