Steven Caulker join Fatih Karagümrük on a 2 year contract

Fatih Karagümrük has completed the signing of Sierra Leone center back, Steven Caulker on a 2 years contract.

The 30-year-old experienced defender left Fenerbahçe to join the Turkish top tier side for an undisclosed fee.

The club announced on Sunday that a two-year deal has been reached with the Leone Stars skipper.

Fatih Karagümrük Spor Kulübü, also called Karagümrük, is a Turkish professional football club based in the Karagümrük neighborhood of the Fatih district in İstanbul. They currently play in the Süper Lig, the top tier of Turkish football.

Caulker previously played in Alanyaspor and Gaziantep FK in the Super League.

Fenerbahce recruited Steven Caulker at the beginning of last season and the experienced football player was loaned to Gaziantep FK.

Caulker, who played 27 matches with the Gaziantep team, left  Fenerbahçe, without being able to play in the official matches.

Steven Caulker played for teams such as Fenerbahçe, Alanyaspor, Gaziantep FK, Dundee FC, Liverpool, QPR, Southampton, Cardiff, Tottenham, Swansea, Bristol City and Yeovil Town.
