Mohamed Buya Turay scored and provided an assist in Malmo FF 5-2 away victory over Varberg’s Bols in the Swedish Allsvenskan.
The Sierra Leone international got a free space and easily goes round the goalkeeper to slot home a late goal in the 88 minutes as they win 5-2 in one of their toughest away ground.
Earlier in the match, Ola Toivonen scored a hat-trick and Sören Rieks heads in the fourth goal for Malmo in the 64’ minutes of action with an assist from Beijmo.
“It was fun to win again. It was important to us. We have struggled in many games, did well against Gothenburg and Djurgården in the first half but gave away the initiative and lost”.
“We knew it would be difficult in Varberg. They have a lot to play for. But we solved the task well. We got more space to counter and were able to decide. In Allsvenskan matches it is tight and even. You have to be efficient. We were today”, Age Hereide said in a post-match interview.
